We’re thrilled to welcome you at Heineken Balaton Sound very soon! Here we put together a handy guide containing all the information you need to fully enjoy your festival experience in Zamárdi.

During your stay, please respect locals and also the environment. Keep the beach, the Lake and Zamárdi clean.

WHEN ENTERING THE FESTIVAL

Avoid peak hours (appx. 5pm – 9 pm) at the Main Entrance! Or get in via the beach entrance at the western side (with a valid wristband).

Allow plenty of time to get in before your favorite DJs start: appx. 1.5 hours earlier. You will need to show your ticket AND your ID along with having your bag checked by security. If you haven’t got a valid wristband, you cannot enter the festival. The full check-in process can be found here.

Check the validity of your ticket – it’s on your voucher/e-ticket. You only can enter and must leave within the validity period. You can go out anytime you want and come back in during this period, but please, always wear your wristband, don’t remove it.

All the daily tickets, passes (vouchers) will be exchanged to wristbands at the Main Entrance of the festival. Please note that the camping accommodation tickets will be exchanged at the Main Entrance, except Caravan tickets. They’ll be exchanged at the Visitor Parking Zone at the Caravan Ticket Exchange (coordinates: 46,88017° N, 17,92324° E).

Please, only bring your most essential items. It is forbidden to bring glass objects, hitting and cutting tools or any other object that threatens the physical well-being of others within the venue! You can see a full list of prohibited items in our FAQ too. We advise you to leave all high-value items home, but if you’d rather bring them with you, there are lockers and a Safetruck at the Main Entrance.

Each visitor can bring 1 PET bottle / with a maximum capacity of 2,5 liters / of non-alcoholic beverage to the festival. Please, leave all alcoholic beverages at home, as they are not allowed within the Festival territory. These products must be handed over to the security service for inspection at the entrance.
