We’re thrilled to welcome you at Heineken Balaton Sound very soon! Here we put together a handy guide containing all the information you need to fully enjoy your festival experience in Zamárdi.
During your stay, please respect locals and also the environment. Keep the beach, the Lake and Zamárdi clean.
PAYMENT AT THE FESTIVAL
For drinks, food and any other product you can only pay by our cash-free system. You can pay with your topped-up wristband or/and your contactless card and any payment-enabled device (phone, smartwatch).
If there’s any problem with your wristband, we can help you at “Problematic Tickets / Ticket Helpdesk” all day long. Please prepare your PIN code (that we give you when providing your wristband) otherwise it cannot be replaced.
HOW TO TOP-UP
before the festival?
- download the free festival app or simply head to the Festival Account on our website
- follow the instructions in the Festival Account menu
- you will receive your wristband at the entrance with the already topped up amount./Your wristband will be credited at your first cashless transaction.
The maximum amount of top-up is HUF 360 000.
The fee for a bank card top-up via app/website is HUF 600 per top-up transaction.
Your remaining balance will be automatically refunded (in case of a Festival Account top-up only!) as a refund transaction after the Festival in cc. 30 days.
The balance uploaded through the Festival Account cannot be repaid in cash or by bank transfer.
TOP-UP
at top-up points
- by card or by cash (HUF only)
- The minimum balance of the first top-up is 2 000 HUF, after that the minimum top-up is HUF 1 000.
- the maximum amount that can be added is 390 000 HUF per occasion.
Your balance can be topped-up at any time during the event. You can top-up your wristband with cash or a bank card (there is a 700 HUF top-up fee in each instance).
Important notice: if you choose this on-site topup (either with cash or card), you should claim back the remaining balance at the Festipay kiosk/helpdesk until 7 July, 12:00.
